Occupation: A roaming sky pirate who is the commander of his own vessel and leads a small group of pirates that prefer to do their theft more stealthily than raid towns and villages.

Element: Air. Having the element of air at his disposal, Atristus can move faster and silently then the normal person. This also allows him to have more pricise and agile blows with his sword, however, useing this power costs him vasts amounts of energy. Overusing this ability can kill him.

Origin: Atristus was born on a ship piloted by his father and the rest of his family so he grew up with a love for the open sea. He never stayed anywhere for long as his family would constantly be on the move. The majority of his childhood was spent on a warm, tropical ocean.

Current Residence: Not much has changed for Atristus. Being a pirate, he must be on the move constantly. He still spends most time on the open sea.

Appearance: Atristus has a narrow nose. His eyes are green and they are slightly slanted. His mouth has narrow lips and his hair is a dark brown and is long and covers his eyes. He has a slim build yet is strong. he is 6' 3" and weighs 176 lbs. He has a scar on his leg where he was attacked by a shark as a child.

Health/Defenses: Atristus doesn't have many health problems, but his one leg where he was attacked by a shark can cause severe spasms of pain if overworked to much. He is very resistant to Air and Water elements because air is his element and he has been around water his whole life, so he "understands" it to a certain extent.

Strength/Offense: Atristus uses a sword imbued with elemental properties of air, however, these properties only last as long as his energy can maintain them. This makes Atristus a person who does not enjoy fighting and when faced with a battle he prefers to end it quickly as to not use to much energy. He can launch a flurry of quick attacks that are difficult to parry and dodge with the force of air driving each swing. This technique uses much more energy then normal however.

Weapons: A simple one-handed blade with a red streak of ruby running through the center of the blade. Needless to say, this blade was stolen. He enchants the blade, so to speak, with the power of air when he enters battle.

Armor: He has a distaste for heavy metal armor, favoring much lighter leather vests and grieves, however, he does where a light mythril chain vest under his shirt for extra protection.

Political Position: Atristus has no care for the government that he steals from so he really doesn't pay much attention to the daily goings on of the government.

Hobbies/Recreation: Being on the water his whole life, Atristus enjoys swimming and fishing. He also is partial to a little gambling in dockside bars.

Personality: Atristus is really just an everyday guy who happens to run a pirate ship. He has a greedy appeal to anyone who first meets him because of his lust for treasure, but he does have virtue and honor and is more then willing to help anyone in need of it. He does, however, prefer to remain unknown when helping.


Ambitions: His goals in life appear to just become the most successful pirate in the world, but really he sails the planet in search of clues to the whereabouts of his lost family, hoping to one day find them.

Fears: His greatest fear is never fulfilling his goal of finding his family alive, but he prefers to not be caught by the military or bounty hunters to.

Talents: Atristus is talented at manipulating the element of air to do his biding for he has had his whole life to practice it. He also has one mean poker face, honed in the various bars across the world.

Likes: His trusted ship The Arbiter, treasure, his family

Dislikes: People who try to cheat at card games

Intellect: Atristus never received much education as a child because of constantly moving , but being a pirate all he needs to know is how to pilot a ship, count, and read a map.

First impressions: Atristus prefers to remain away from other people but he isn't socially inept. He comes across as greedy to many, though he really isn't.

Sense of humor: Atristus has a wide sense of humor and takes little offense to many jokes, mostly to avoid conflict that would draw unwanted attention.

History
*Was born on a ship traveling the world

*At age 8 fell into the ocean during a storm, was found being attacked by sharks.

*At age 16 he once again fell into the ocean only to be knocked unconscious by rocks and drift ashore, losing his family.

*At age 19, he "borrowed" a ship from the port he had made his home in and began his life as a pirate.
