It'll be good. Playing through the GBA version now so its exciting to imagine what certain scenes will look like when 'DS'ed'.
Hopefully they'll do V and VI (holy crap! VI DS!!!  ) in the near future too. Aslong ofcourse it doesn't effect progress with XIII and accompaning titles....

I don't care about the progress of new titles at this rate, they all look like crap to me... So... Keep those 3D remakes coming. xD
I'd love to see I-IX DS'd if it's possible.. Though I suppose VII-IX would be too long, unless they patent a multi-cartridge system.

Yes. All SE seems to be good at is remaking old games because they can't come up with anything of their own. That being said, I never finished IV on FFChronicles because it was hard...and I suck...stupid mom bomb *grumbles* But I would definitely love to play this, I just need a DS.

NO. Nobody should be allowed to touch IX. I'm sure you've seen what Nomura did to Kuja and Zidane in Dissidia, do you really want his grimy hands touching the rest of IX? I say leave it be, it's great as it stands. Besides, remaking any PSone era games for the DS would be pointless, the graphics wouldn't be any better, and the only reason SE is turning the old FFs 3D is so they can get more money. Most kids these days don't wanna play 2D RPGs.

Well, I'd prefer Nomura to that guy who's been doing the character design recently... At least Nomura did some justice to Amano's design of Sephiroth in VII. Though I do like the designs of the characters in III DS, I was upset that the designer pretty much did his own take on Amano's designs.
Seeing as Amano's not with SE anymore, Nomura's now the best they got.

I don't know WHAT was going on in Yoshida's head when he designed the characters for XII. His art style in Tactics was awesome, I think he tried to be like Nomura too much and failed miserably. Plus, do you really want the Naruto actor and an equally bad American VA voicing Zidane all through an IX remake? I don't.
Please tell me there won't be any voice acting in IV. There won't be....right? They already made Rydia look like a hooker, we don't need her talking in a sultry voice too.

I don't think so... There was no VA in FFIII DS. I wouldn't expect other DS remakes to have voices.

Didn't think so, but you never know what sneaky tricks they might pull off <.<
So yeah, I wanna see more pics of Cecil as a Dark Knight, we keep seeing him a paladin but not much of his dark knight class.

I liked his Dark Knight form best... It annoyed me when I found out I had to level him up again as a pansy Paladin...

This might lead to the FFVII Remake.
after this...5 (which will be hard for SQUARE to do)
then...6 (which will freaking sweet-ass-sweet)
then...lo-and-behold...you have the Seventh. So they most likely will do it.
But by tha time well have a PS5.
