Final Fantasy 20th Anniversary + SE Party 2007 Advertisement
It displays all of their current Final Fantasy projects, with release dates where available. In the center, it says, "And the Final Fantasy that nobody knows about will appear."

It could be the FFVII remake or not. Who knows? But I'm pretty sure that it has to do with FFVII somehow 'cause the remake is something that nobody knows about whatsoever. Why do you think everyone is doubting that there will ever be such thing as FFVII for the PS3? So Square Enix are hinting to us that there is going to be a remake in a matter of speaking, even though it hasn't been confirmed yet.
