Wow the release date is getting closer and closer! I gotta say, I'm not too hyped up about all these new additions to the plot (e.g. the "goddes", or Red's "wife"). I hate tacky renditions like that, especially when they don't tie into the original plot at all.

I'm still buying the game; I'm anxious to play a first person version of FF. XD
Since I do hear that Versus XIII will be first person as well!

Yay! My theory is correct! SE ARE turning Final Fantasy gradually into first and third-person shooters! That's not something I'm neccessarily happy about, mind you... but it's gonna be freaking hilarious...

Halo-tard: 'I'm getting that new Final Fantasy game! It looks sweet and the weapons are off the chain!'

Other Person: 'They got a new RPG...?'

Halo-tard: 'Nope, it's a first person shooter! It haz bludz and gorez and a less than unique storyline! Hooray!'

Other Person: 'Who gave then that idea...?'

Halo-tard: 'Halo. Isn't it awesome!? '

Other Person: 'This has gone on long enough...' *loads a shotgun, takes out the Halo-tard and heads to Square-Enix's headquarters*

Anyway, I reserved a copy at Game Stop. Wherever you pre-ordered yours at, SO, you should be able to just go in on March 25th and pick it up. You shouldn't have to wait for a phone call.

I don't believe magazines, sorry. xD They rate anything by SquareEnix as a 90+ no matter how much it sucks.

Actually, no they don't. I've seen some pretty bad reviews in gaming magazines for Square-Enix games, so wherever you got the information, you're wrong. I think you just hate SE so much, you'll do anything and find anything you can to say and post negative things about it.

All the reviews I've ever seen of SE games are positive. Though I admit that don't look in magazines much... I know I saw a magazine give X-2 an A rating, that was enough for me to quit reading FF reviews in mags...
