I'm going to agree with FFX's "Otherworld." That song is kick ass, and it keeps your heart pounding throughout the fight. Honorable mention goes to FFVII's "One Winged Angel" and FFVIII's "Griever's Theme."

You're both combo breakers I was hoping we could keep the Yasunori Mitsuda chain going. I'm starting to find that, aside from the FF9 soundtrack, Mitsuda is actually a better composer than Uematsu.
I can't find a video featuring the song, but this is the song Awakening for the final boss in Xenogears:
