I just never got what the fuss about One Winged Angel is. I remember loving the music of F.F.7 when I first played through it and yet nothing about the said track stood out. Probably wouldn't have quite the same aura about it where it not Sephiroth's theme as such.

Same here. I mean it's good, and I like the version they have in Advent Children when he shows up to, but there are so countless other more meaningful themes and soundtrack singles that stand out and are more appealing to me from other games.
Another hyped up thing that has drawn less attraction from me.
