Favorite Reoccuring Final Fantasy Theme
What is your favorite music that plays in several Final Fantasy games?
I have to go with Prologue. This is the song that almost always plays during the credits at the end of the games. Also in the earlier games, it would play when the text would scroll up the screen and tell you what it going on in the game. It plays several times through out IV.
Other themes that reoccur are the crystal music, chocobo music, and the victory fanfare. I'm sure there are others too.

I have to say the victory music is the best.
The little jingle at the end of the battle is so pleasing to hear after a hard battle

Prologue definitely, it's a timeless classic. The Crystal theme, victory theme and chocobo theme have all be done, remixed, rehashed and retrashed. It's good to see that one song can survive all of it and still bring memories, I remember listening for the prologue music all the time during credits and such.

CHOCOBO MUSIC! Everyone loves the boss battle musics and you know it too. Also, the cheesy corny love songs. Like "Eyes On Me".

The love songs kill any other theme in the world.
But I'd go with the repetive chocobo tune. Esspecially with the Final Fantasy Fan Song lyrics to it.

Definitely the Prologue music, like in VI and VII. It plays in the credits too, I think. I never get tired of hearing it. And of course, the victory fanfare! I love the fact that they try to change it in every series.

The prologue is lovely, but also does the 'traditional' FF theme count? (not sure if it has a name) I know it crops up in the end credits to FFVII, FFVIII and FFIX, and that's a great piece of music.
