Crisis Core Soundtrack

I love it. A flower blooming in the slums (Aerith's theme) was great, the way they added the guitar and how they used it along side the piano was great.

The World's Enemy (OWA) was awesome, at first I was like, WTF? but I came around to loving it. The way I see this song is that Sephy is only toying around with his foe along to this song.

The Summoned (those who fight further) was great, heavy metal re-mix, bloody good I say

Am I the only one who thinks the music of Crisis Core is like sex to the ears? I can't be because the music is so good! The acoustic version of Aerith's Theme and Why is amazing, every piece of music is like it is tailored for the Gods! Okay, I might be exaggerating a little but I hope it gets my point through. The sound track has been ordered as soon as I heard the opening piece.

Anyone else think this?

:( Am I the only one who dislikes this soundtrack? Now i havent completed the game, so have not heard some of it. However the way its been so far, there arent many tracks played in the game, with most maps sharing music etc.

I love the remixes of the classic FF7 tracks, but alot of the rest of the soundtrack seems not to go anywhere... I wouldn't find myself humming any of it in the morning, and if I did perhaps out of annoyance rather than love for the song. Hell, I've forgotten most of it. The normal battle music for example appears to be random guitar noises that you would find in any old game these days, nothing special.

Theres nothing magical about it like the soundtrack of FF7, where almost every track was golden.

I actually wanted that soundtrack. I'm not too far from getting It.

I already have the Final Fantasy VII and Advent Children soundtrack. Next will be Final Fantasy Versus XIII when that comes out.

I love the soundtrack. The FFVII remixes are really well done and it's also cool how they did different versions of the CC theme.

For the most part I reallly enjoyed the music, especially the ones you mentioned Darstar they were really well done, it was just some of the mission music that really did my head in, it got really repetitive and annoying. There was one particular one that reminded me of some music in X-2 and it really began to get on my nerves

On the whole though, I really liked it, I don't think I will be investing in the OST anytime soon though, although I might download a track or two....if I can ever work out how to do it, that is

Haha, I agree Riddick. Some of the mission music was so awful I wanted to scream

I eventually just learned to turn the volume all the way down whenever I did a mission :/

Aerith's theme was absolutely gorgeous though. The addition of the guitar was pure genius! I didn't think that they could make it any more beautiful than the piano version, but they really did do it. I don't have the soundtrack yet, but this song alone makes it worth investing in ^^

I hope you heard the Sephiroth remix, that was one of the best. A very goods song indeed.

Yeah i noticed a few songs...the One Winged angel remix, Aeriths theme (the guitar makes it sound sexy) and the starting battle song you hear when Zack starts his "mission" in the training room (cant remember its name, damn) The piano part for that is so...alive and full force
