Pretty happy about the Arsenal result, even if we did concede two. That makes it ten in a row now.

And I am not surprised. I remember the year we did get into the last 16, it was just a day or 2 after the groups where announced and my cousin and I were at Ibrox discussing it before the Hibs game that we had a good chance of qualifying - We got hammered 3-0 at home.
Also, we beat both Stuttgart and Lyon on the back of poor results (We lost 4-2 to Hearts before Stuttgart and drew 1-1 with Motherwell before Lyon) so I'm not really that worried about the groups.
As for Celtic, I could see that coming. I hate to admit it but they are really great at comebacks. They have done it so often over the past few seasons. If only Rangers could pull a comeback as often as Celtic do.
EDIT: Just one thing I forgot to mention is that Boyd played as a lone striker on Saturday and I heard he was absolutely shit yet people complain that Walter Smith doesn't use him enough which is very simple - Boyd can't play lone striker, the prefered formation for big games. He is a goal scorer. Give it to him in the box where he is good with the ball but he isn't good at holding possession and await for the midfield to support him. That is why Boyd is seeing the bench quite a lot.

I'm not too upset over the Hibs score, just puts more pressure on us to beat Celtic next week.
And agreed, Boyd doesn't work hard enough to play lone striker and needs someone to help him. It's times like these that I miss Prso.

Well, 7 points after 3 games. TD I know you don't think Rangers will qualify for the last 16 but surely you must see that we are in a decent position to qualify. Just beating Lyon at Ibrox will ensure qualification.

I'm eating my words. xD
Which is why football is such a beautiful game; you never know what to expect. LIVERPOOL ARE BOTTOM! Ha!
And Arsenal equaled the record for biggest winning margin in a CL game. Not bad.

I can't wait for the Arsenal game tomorrow. We couldn't be going into it in a better position really; off the back of a 7-0 win while Liverpool lost their last game 2-1. It would be nice to have van Persie fit for it, but judging by Walcott's performance against Slavia Prague, he'd find it difficult to get into the team.

We have a terrible record at Anfield in the league though (4 wins in 20 years, and not many draws in that time either), so it's going to be a tough one for us.

You're currently losing 1-0.
We lost 2-1 to Dundee United, fucking typical. Laughed at hearing about Messi's about Rangers are anti-football after our 0-0 draw. I see his point though, I mean if I failed to beat a team like Rangers with players like Henry, Ronaldinho, Puyol, and Gudjohnsen then I'd act like a whinny little shit too.
Still, awesome player though.

A draw for us, not too bad going. I'm happy with that, and we played well. Now for Man Utd next weekend.

I was spared a big headache at work thanks to Fabregas.
I'd take a draw against Man Utd really, but with our home record at The Emirates so far, a win isn't a fanciful wish really. But they've regained form lately. It's either going to be the greatest, or worst game in history.
