^ Irrelevant, the teams with 'less class' would just be involved with the group stages and if the big teams can't beat them and go through then they don't bloody deserve to go through to the next round.
The money that those teams would get would help them to strengthen their squads on a yearly basis so they would improve as well, the CL should be for football as a whole and not a playground for only the French, Spanish, English, Italian and German teams.

ok i like only the strongest ones.
1;there isnt something that tells you that the less class teams will get strong and if you dont deserve to be in the champions league then you cant be in there. read what "champions league" means to you.
only CHAMPIONS do you agree?

Firstly using capitals like that doesn't make your point any better or clearer, it just looks childish.
Champions doesn't mean the top four teams, it means whoever came first in the league. So if the Champions League went along with this then the winners of every league would qualify automatically and everyone else would have to qualify in the group stages.
This would be the fairest and best way for the CL to operate since every country would have at least one representative in it which would make first place in their respective leagues mean more.

your words desn't make any sense to me i mean the CL rigth now is great then why change it.why platini change all of it i just dont get it but whaterever.i preffer the CL as it rigth now. another question i like the celtic team of your country my fav is nakamura whats yours? |

Platini wants to make the Champions League to involve more teams from around Europe by cutting the maximum entrants from each county to 3, this means that only the top three from leagues like England, Spain and Italy will be allowed in. This is to make it more diverse since it's unfair that certain leagues are favored more than others, it's just to make it more fair.
I'm a Rangers fan so I hope Celtic lose every bloody game they play, I do have some shred of respect from them though and I do like players like Nakamura, Boruc and Riorden.

Celtic are a Scottish team but I support their chief rivals Rangers, this of course means that I wish they don't win a bloody thing ever but in Europe it's difficult since it's Scotland they are representing. Still I want AC Milan to knock them out.

I would think that Barca would knock Liverpool out although they do have a tendency to be right pains against bigger teams. I would still pick either Barca and Man United as my two picks to win it with Chelsea and AC Milan as close seconds.
