I mostly see either the Scottish or English Premier Leagues so I would have to choose the Premiership although as I've said it's an overrated league really, but I would consider the Spanish or Italian Leagues the best when looking at both the teams in them and their performances in European competition overall.

Celtic really choked in Champions League, if you think about it. I mean, after they beat us (Manchester United) they were in line to win the group, but they lost to FC Copenhagen and we beat SL Benfica to jump ahead of them on the last matchday. Good for us, bad for them.

I'm not really inclined to talk about Man Utd at the moment, as we lost to Arsenal on Sunday in a really ridiculous match. So, I'll move on the Lega Calcio! AC Milan is my favorite team. Sometimes I think I should like Inter, as they have a ton of Argentine players in their squad and I'm a big fan of the AFA national team. I like Paolo Maldini from AC Milan, though. He's legendary. There aren't many players left who have played at one club for their entire careers.

Celtic can't buy an away win in the Champions League these days but if the two matches they played against Man Utd were in the knockout stages then you would have been knocked out, they made it to the next round which at this stage is all that matters.

Arsenal were owed a good home win so I wouldn't take it away from them and United were apparently playing for time and I hate teams when they do that so they deserved it if that's what they did. Still 6 points ahead of a slowly self destructing Chelsea, could be worse.

Maldini is a proper legend for the right reasons, overused tag these days in football.
