For some reason this reminds me of a character on Oblivion.
He says soemthing to the effect of.
2Ilike children but I don't want them ruining all our fun."
He exists as sort of a comical way for Bethesda to explain certain things such as the lack of children in the game.
And yes Children are demons in human form.
