and I thought america had all the lulziest cases of asshattery.
this even tops the incident in which kids were expelled from school and tried in court for writing names down in notebooks like death note in america imho

Bloomin 'ell, that's just ridiculous. I remember when I was 10 and my friend had a Halloween party, and I was the only person in the class who she didn't invite - I didn't take it to court. 
Her excuse was pretty pathetic though, 'I was only allowed to invite a certain number of people'... as if 25 instead of 24 reeeaally would have made a difference.
