It's a promo e-mail for Square Enix's new Nintendo DS game: The World Ends With You.
It comes out 7 days from today, April 22nd. That's what the e-mail's referring to.
Plus: The World Ends With You is the story of a guy named Neku who wakes up to find a message on his phone telling him that he has seven days before his existence ceases to be. So it's just viral promotion for the game.
