Username Changing
As those in the Senior and Veteran Member usergroups will know, you have unlimited name changes and can change them whenever you like. However, after much thought on the matter, it has been decided to return a limit to the ability to change your names due to confusion and unnecessary abuse of the privilege.

Senior Members and Veteran Members now have a 14 and 7 day waiting restriction respectively.

It is a sensible idea ... however, this "confusion" can be solved by looking at the person's profile and so it's really not so bad.

That being said, fourteen/seven days sounds fair enough.

I'm quite happy with my name though, and I didn't care to join in on all those themes and such (except the Marvel theme)...frankly I don't know why people are so spastic about changing their names in the first place.

On the part of the members; the majority of staff complained very little about this. We could tell everyone to look at profiles until we were blue in the face, though that simply opened the flood gates for more complaints.
