Well myself and a few other staff members have pooled together and come to the conclusion that a criticism thread may be a good idea after all. Note that this thread is NOT the official forum criticism thread, but merely an informative to fill you in on the upcoming crit-thread idea.

The upcoming crit-thread will give any forum member (staff, n00b, and seniors alike) to challenge the actions of any other member here at FFF, regardless of their forum title; staff, n00bs, or whatever their position may be.
And no, staff members are not allowed to bash or challenge other staff members.

First and foremost, we've decided that it is not entirely necessary for the entire forum to have access to the criticism thread. As I'm sure some of you noticed in the recent "petition topic", the thread was filled with flamatory, off-topic, and even unnecessary posts from n00bs.

In order to rule out the possibility of a cluttered and hostile environment, we've decided to ensue the "middle man" idea as well. We'll be allowing you (the forum goers) to "run" for middle man positions. After all, we don't want to elect a middle man who isn't concerned about the position. The number of middle-man positions has not yet been decided, but we will further discuss the matter after seeing how many of you are eager to fill the spot.

Those of you who are elected as the forum's middle-men, as well as the forum staff, will be the only members allowed into the forum criticism thread.

Just what do the middle-men do?
The middle-men will basically be representing the rest of you. In other words, make sure that when the time comes, you nominate, or vote for someone who you would feel comfortable with as a forum representative, because he/she will be carrying out your concerns with the staff members.

So far so good? Right now, in a legitimate manner, we need you to nominate yourself, or another member to take a representative position as a forum middle man.
Feel free to express any other ideas or concerns that you have in this thread. No spam, no flaming, no n00bism, or warnings will be handed out.

Keep in mind that DB has NOT Ok'd this yet and we won't be able to do something like this till he has approved.

DB has not approved it, but have you seen DB lately? Normally he drops me a line whenever he's online, and yet, I have not seen him in ages. BustaMo is also an admin at this forum, so as long as Busta approves it, hopefully we can still give the idea a chance.

I'd like to Nominate Mitsuki as a Forum Middlewoman () Mainly because that girl cares a lot about these forums, she wants everyone to get along and she has people skills she wouldn't just brush off someones Suggestions or comments, shed talk to them and do her best to get a result. because above all else, that girl is stubborn when she wants to be

so, Mitsuki would be a perfect choice as a middleman.

I nominate Warbourne. Many of the members know him well, and trust him, and he cares about our forum and its members.
I also nominate Aerith Gainsborough. He has been one of our most dedicated members since he joined, and he will definitely listen to the members needs and relay them responsibly.

Better yet, we should have a Wacko University forum. A place to learn how to be a real wacko.

Rhea, I believe this idea should be approved by DB. For obvious reasons. DB can usually be reached on MSN. He is not that hard to find. I see him a lot of MSN during the week.

I nominate people like Pooley, Finn III, Fields, and even Scrucator. They're not known for being nice or caring but because they hardly ever take sides. They'll be impartial because they don't put up with shit from mods and members equally.

I personally do not have MSN or AIM access, and I will not for a while; at least not until I move out of this house later on this year. I share a computer with someone, and I'm not allowed to download messengers. If you do see him that often Koloth, I would appreciate it so much if you mentioned this to him. =]
