Yeah, I get it now, but when I saw it, it didn't have the steamroller bit added to it...
And I heard an alternate of that joke, in which the boy drank magic Beer (?) and grew his body then died

That joke actually goes:
A boy was boon with only a head; no limbs, torso or anything. Just a head. He struggled all through life because of his unusual condition, but managed. On his 18th birthday, his father took him to the pub for his very first pint. The boy took one sip and miraculously, a torso grew at the end of his neck. After a few more sips, he had a good strong upper body. After his next pint was finished, he'd acquired a pair of arms. His father was astounded by the phenomenon, and bought his son another pint. This pint grew the boy a pair of legs. His full body was now complete, and he decided to test out his new limbs. He walked around the bar a few times, picked up tables and chairs and other simple tasks that he'd never been able to perform in his life. Then he decided to go for a run outside, but as he'd had several drinks, he stumbled heavily and stepped out into the road to steady his balance. At that unfortunate moment, a Biffa truck came speeding past and slammed into the boy, killing him instantly. The father looked on horrified, and turned to look at the barman, who could only say "he should have quit while he was a head."

that one sounds better. my dad told me that joke the way I posted it so...blame him.

and I'd rather be raped than find a worm in my apple, in all honesty.
