Well. your char is much better now.
but there is a few details.
Firstly. It is great that you have stated the limitations of your energy attacks. but you never stated exactly how much they drain.
so. for the attacks you can use more then once, explain what the highest number of times it can be used directly after one another, if you where fully rested.

And, the 2nd thing. I'm not completely sure on this phase shifting.
You don't state of it works on just your body, or for all the items you are in contact with.

In the case of the first, you will appear nude on the other side.

And I think that this power need some limitations as well.
since you can almost never he captured, or since you state that you have to be mindful of it, to not fall thought floors and such.
what if you're unconscious?
Would you end up burning to a crisp at the center of the earth?


but, to be honest I don't like the phase shifting. it is too powerful, there will be no where you cant go.
If you instead, jam in some limitations, like once a month, or something like that.

However, this is YMV's RP, and if he states ok. then I will not nag.

And you even threw in some limiters.

this is good. YMV have to give the final say.
But I thing this is ok for a normal ORPG/URPG.

Well this is much better then the other bios. The magic, energy is explained fairly well. I didn't actually pic up on the whole eye thing til reading the history....

Well, the limitations are described in the post, but since it has been so long since he discovered that trait, he can do it any time while conscious.
Although as said, it drains him, some things are harder to move through, the limitations on bringing extra stuff etc. etc.
