Gamers are better at handling life

I saw this post awhile ago on one of my more active forums i use and I think its some what true. Games help me get through tough times, how bout you?

I've always played them regardless of my mood. Although if Im really mad I might wanna put Timesplitters on and kill stuff

I wouldn't say they help me through tough times like, thats what I have friends for

They sure help me take my mind off stuff that'd stress me out. Unfortunately, they also keep me from doing stuff that's more important. Once I'm done playing, I end up being more stressed out than I was going into the game.

As for preparing me for life, I don't think videogames have helped much. Just a hobby...
