swallow all the filth in the world, but they underestimated the amount of crap
that could exist. So Cuchulainn ended up swallowing too much rubbish and
transformed into this "hideous thing". Hey, who're you calling hideous?!

No it's not in Europe.
It takes place after the events in FFXII, Ashe has reclaimed the throne, and from what I understand, the plot focuses on Vaan and Penelo. I've seen an image of Balthier as well, but Im still uncertain.

the plot Focuses on my most hated XII characters - Vaan And Penelo - and i belive it follows them doing sky pirate stuff 
maybe the judge who survived in XII could be the main villain?

Currently IT has been released in JPN on April 26th 2007
so it should be here in roughly in September (North American) prob July for you Europeans
