Attire: His style carries the theme of his time and public stature. A purple velvet uniformed like attire, is worn over a white sleeved short. An similar velvet fabric made inverness, drapes over his shoulders and often hoods himself, often to shadow his expression when serious. Pants, velvet white, finished with high arched leather boots, slightly buckled and braced, providing both stealth movements yet brusquest enough to offer a sever landed blow. Personality: A calm and collected person, who chooses to think twice before stepping in. Can be approachable as friendly, and a conversational person. However, is quick to become serious, in a serious situation. Weapon:
As his training required, time spent in the art of fencing took away many hours of his younger years to perfect. The rapier, a semi-light but sturdy sword, became a natural choice. It’s use as a single handed weapon, served well as it attributed to his more affiliated ability. The used of the mystic arts. Often using the techniques of sword-play mixed with various spells to create multiplicative and effective results.
The sword-play technique however is defined as quick and deceive movements. Little room is meant for heavy slashes. As prior to it being a straight light edged weapon, it’s movement can be considered robotic. As it follows a pattern of a forward, slash, defend reputation. Hence using the basics he was taught, he now travels looking to progress his swordplay further by challenging those whom seek the same interest.

Defenses:
Physically, his body lacks any such heavy protection, as it comes as a hindrance. However his own reflexes and motions are as instinctive as they are effective. In more point, his attribute to speed and quick reflexes provide him with all the defense he needs. However if physically unable to avoid a heavy blow or sustain an critical injury. Magic:
As to his name and reputation, his family carries the title Magic General, spanning back over generations. Access to exclusive knowledge in techniques and incantations were his daily studies as a child. As his training grew so did his preference in certain spells.

Arc Lighting: An Electric based spell, by summoning an oath parchment, his body becomes negatively charged, similar to the atmospheric occurrence in a storm, that attracts the significant compounds in the surrounding air, to form a savage and blistering streak of lighting to blitz a single or multiple opponents. Often because of lighting itself is an unstable and unpredictable form of energy, he uses his sword as a marker of focus for the energy to be stored and released. His body at this time becomes as a ground base, allowing him not to become affected upon release. However it is a draining and demanding task. Causing his movements to be sluggish for a few critical moments before, during and after the charge as somewhat semi-paralyzed state. He can create smaller charges that would prove effect both in infliction and time, however it is based upon the seriousness of the situation. In an wet or otherwise saturated environ, it’s effectiveness will be increased in accuracy, as expected in a lighting storm, it draws in more power from stray lighting streaks, greatly inducing it’s base power. But causes in longer periods of time to recover. In dry or arid places it’s effectiveness is based only solely on him and the opponent.

Crescent Scorch :A Pyro based spell. Using a tome, a relic of his family, embedded into is arm as a child, he can transfer his desire and spirit into a combustible state, that turns the very air into a fiery pillar. Using of this spell, as expected, uses him as the source, and is only as effective as his spirit. When used, it drains him spiritually, resulting in his body to physically follow suit. In an adrenalin rush, it’s power can be almost uncontrollable, but as his body slowly returns to a most sedated state so will its intensity. Uses often to create openings in an opponent’s defense, or to inflict damage period. An alternative of a heat source can be from nearby naked flames that can be drawn into the and or a focus point. In a place where heat is abundant, lava or even in the sun’s light, it will aid him to adding to its power, sparing him from over use of himself as the direct source. Typically, it flounders somewhat in an saturated environ.

Frost Aura: Similar to the Oath parchment of lighting, this technique is similarly summoned. However it condenses his body to temperatures well below zero. The air in the immediate area turns into mist, as does the ground below freezes over. His skin becomes covered with an ice sheet. His ability to survive the technique is based on his body becoming what in scientific terms calls cryogenic. His motions are however almost near standstill, depending on the dept of the temperature drop. However the lower the temperature, the more the ice becomes firmer and solid. Enabling an almost absolute defense. He is able, even if unable to move, project ice shatters, spikes and it’s like at his opponent. However he prefers to use smaller doses of this technique, in attack combos. By forcing it through his veins, his touch can cause instant frost bite to whatever the surface. In doing so his physical body is pushed to its limits and causes him to become immobile as the frost doesn’t affect him, but the action of doing so. Again location of the spell cast proves effective or ineffective according to location. A wet or cold environ would mean escaping this technique would be fruitless. A heat environ would be less effective.

Holy Mist: A more basic technique. The master of the many vagrancies of water. It’s use is a mental state of mind, that controls water, turning it into a deadly weapon. A favored move, but because of it use on the mind, it numbs his senses temporarily. Sight, hearing, taste and touch, become void for several minutes . However it’s capabilities make up for it’s strain. Water itself is a basic compound in almost everything, as such, the dept of it’s effectiveness, lies only in his state of mind and imagination.

Sainted death: Dispite it’s name, it is actually an healing move. When injured or attempting to heal the injured. It allows him to tap into the essence of another being or himself to strengthen the life force. This allows the natural immune and nervous system to be boosted several times over, allowing the injured to be healed. This however has somewhat undesirable results. Though the victim would be saved form minor or grievous injuries, will only work if another life force is nearby and is strong enough to support both lives. In addition the person who surrenders their life force will become permanently weaker, even if a physical specimen. Also if used, the victim, nervous system will be pushed to the limit, as such it will never be in a state that would be considered normal. The nerves would be in a state of slight shock and may make the person somewhat lifeless and withdrawn. It is a difficult technique for him to use as it’s stability is somewhat taxing, but in small doses it can be effective, but in a life and death situation, his certainty in himself is somewhat shrouded in using it effectively.

History:
Born in late 800’s, The Heart Family had served as an Ambassador for the Realm of Arcadia. <st1:City w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">Arcadia</st1:place></st1:City> in it’s prime, was known for it’s many denizens whom studied the mystic arts. As a result, many were trained as consultants and mercenaries. During this time, Heart’s family severed as the citadels vassal, representing the city’s name when outside regions seeked advice or help in times of imminent danger or requested aid. As a result, many secrets were entrusted and sworn to silence. Thus creating a elite society with it’s families borders. His father, over time became more known as the Magic General, due to his prowess in the battle field, and his commanding figure, entrusted by many. His mother was the daughter of a neighboring monarchy. As a result, much was expected on him when he was born. In time however, his nature revealed him to be posses a spirit that yearned to test himself and push past his limits. He wasn’t a natural at the art’s as his father, though he was capable of learning it well on his own in time. His training therefor proved a rough and painful experience. But he proved himself becoming more and more adept.

However the hurtle of becoming measure for his skill, was masked by his shadow of his father. At every turn doors opened not for his measure, but by his father’s influence. He soon became discouraged and wanted to escape the realism that his life would be tainted by his fathers shadow.

Sometime later, his mother pasted away, both father and son grieved, but it marked the change that would both separate them both. His father was a militant titan, and as such doting time on his son would be a tedious affair. Likewise Vicious realized his yearning for acceptance in his fathers eyes, was slowly begin replaced with a sense of rebellion and distaste for his father. His mother was the one who bonded them both, and now that the link was severed, Vicious came to see his father as a challenge to over come. However he was a dutiful son, and would never arise his thoughts or actions in such a way that would bring shame or question to his father. But the suffering and stiffening hold his father had on him, made him challenge his father not as a son, but as a man, and prove his worth as someone one day people would speak his name with the same authoritive air that his father commanded.

Now it wasn’t a father and son's love they had each other, it was simply a rivalry at held them both. Vicious thought it best for him to travel and find the challenges worthy of making him a formidable opponent for his father. He now travels over, spanning both world and realms. To earn his own right to be called The Magic General.And return one day...

(Typically, I welcome any critique, but as such, the story for my character will be progressively added more material…a novel I’m working on.
