Current Residence: Carniack- a small port for the Carni Sea from which it is named. It’s separated into for sections: a trade district, the slums, the barracks, and the housing district. The slums are for those who could not afford regular housing. The Barracks are for the training of young men to become mercenaries.

Distinguishing features: when not covered, a large, jagged scar across his chest from his left shoulder to his lower right rib.
Personality: He is an arrogant and proud warrior. He follows his contracts without care of much else. The only thing that he holds higher than a contract is his loyalties to his friends and allies. He has little respect for knights and organized military, because he believes that they allow others to control their lives. He loves to be around women.
First impression: He seems self-centered and full of himself to most people, but there are those who just see him as being a plain bad person. He is somewhat of a flrtatious ladies man.
Health/defence: his abilities become nullified with extreme heat, but as a mercenary he was trained to withstand great pain
Strength/offense: When around a water source his abilities becomes much stronger. His walls stay up longer and can withstand more damage. His strength is increased when in his ice armor. His Ice Giant form is larger, and last longer depending on the size of the water source.
Armor:
His main outfit consists of a white cloth shirt with a brown leather vest, pants and boots. The leather pants are a little darker brown that the vest and shoes, and are a slightly loose fit. The shoes buckle up to the middle of his shins. When in battle he forms an armor set out of ice on himself.
Weapons:
He has two blades. One attached to each wrist. They are 16 inches in length and are connected to his gaunlets. when not in battle he covers the blades and ties them to each side of his belt.
Abilities:
(His regular abilities do not cause any fatigue, but are limited to a 10 ft radius)
Ice armor- Creates an armor set made of ice as protection. the armor can be broken through. It is there mostly to lessen the severity of attacks. If a part is damaged, then ice fills in that damaged part.
Slick Surface- freezes the ground around him making it slippery. With a running start he can use it to slide forward continuously freezin the ground ahead of him.
Ice wall- Pulls the moisture from the air to create a barrier of ice. thi barrier can be up tp 8 ft thick, but can be broken with ight force aplied, or melted by extreme heats.
Ice bandage- temporarily closes wounds with ice allowing for further battle
Ice shard- creates a spike of ice, which can be thrown as a ranged attack. Not self-propelled. Only attack that reaches past 10 feet.
Desperation attack:
Ice Giant- Covers himself with so much Ice he grows to 5 times his regular size. His strength is greatly increased, and his body is unreachable. After a short time his energy id drained and he reverts back to his normal self only in a weakened state.
History:
All Sylar knows of his origins is that when he was a baby he was brought to Carniack and left with the family of the mercenary, Sebastian Glaves. Sebastian had no son of his own, so he was more than happy to raise Sylar.
When Sylar was 12, Sebastian sent him to the barracks to train to become a mercenary. When he was 15, he discovered his abilities to create ice in many shapes and sizes. He trained himself to use his abilities in battle. He learned to create walls of ice out of thin air and t freeze the ground t make it slippery for his opponents. With the slick surface, he trained to move on it like he would a normal surface, and found other ways it could help him.
After he had mastered these skills, he was sent on many missions with other experienced mercenaries. On one such mission he received a wound that would have proven fatal if not for his ability to freeze the wound over. He now has a massive scar left on his chest from that wound. The man who gave him that scar is still out there somewhere.
He continued his work as a mercenary, and was held with great respect by the people of Carniack until the day he disappeared.
