thought id make a thread for my second favourite series (ff beein first

) just a thread where we can talk about the great games and the horrible games from the series. personally my favourite would have to be mortal kombat deception cause i love the fatalties (espicially sub-zero's ripping off the head and throwing at ur body fatality

) also the cheapness in mortal kombat 2... wats with the low kickin

Eh. The only Mortal Kombat I played was the one for Super Nintendo. >.< It was so old. But I watched some of my friends play Mortal Kombat Annihilation. It was okay, I guess.

I have MK3 and I get beaten so quickly.

I got quite far on MK2 on hard mode I think.....bloody hell took me about 2 hours to get to level 4

The new 1 is my fave bcuz u can make a half decent sepehiroth, ghost rider and a ninja turtle

Ive never played the Mortal Kombat series. It was never my cup of tea, I prefered Tekken and DoA to it.

All I can remember is "FINISH HER!" being blarred at me when Id walk past people in arcades. Though I know who Sub Zero and Johnny such and such are rofl!

I was like 11 when i used to play it on arcade but i was not very skilled with it. I got the last two for the ps2, create a fighter is a nice addition, but create a fatality... meh, i prefer the classic way.

I reckon I stopped following the series after the PS1 era. I enjoyed MK3, MK: Ultimate and Trilogy whilst I had them but I was always more of a Street Fighter man myself, and Tekken and Soul Blade arriving didn't help MK very much either. Still, I picked up Deadly Alliance just to see what it was all about, it's decent but there's games I'd much rather be playing than that....and Fatalities still aren't included in the movelist...
