I wanna buy that one this week....was gonna buy it when it came out, but was skint then. I did saw the song list and I did thought they could off donne a bit of a better job with it. Some stuff is ok...but Skid Row ? Poison? common......embarrasing to even be catch to play them...no wonder you can do it on hard within few hours....
So many good rock and metal bands in 80's...and they pick two worst bands ever....who ever choose the song list can throw himself or herself of the bridge just for that one.
I got 1, and 2...and wanna get that one now....I do not play that often, though once you start it can get addictive as hell....

Balls to the Wall is the worst song on there.

I love this game, though I'm absolutely terrible at it. All the bright colors and buttons moving quickly....I think I have ADD or something. I played Guitar Hero II, which had some pretty good songs on it. It's unfortunate that they have to do covers of the songs and can't get the bands to actually sing the songs :/ I think a lot of the songs are butchered by the "singers" who do the covers. Like the Nirvana cover, with the singer pretending he's Kurt Cobain. Oh Jesus.

I have Guitar Hero I, II, and rock the 80's.
I'm currently waiting on Guitar Hero III. ^.^
I play this game with my bf all the time. I don't like any one more than the other really. I'm just anxious to move on to the next new song when I play. XD
I'm really good at medium play, but that's as far as I've gotten. =]

I tried playing Guitar Hero a few weeks back and I sucked big time. I've seen people play it and totally kill on all of the songs because they've been basically playing it religiously, but I got up there and killed the mojo.
The games are fun, but I'm not sure if I'd spend $$ to get it. Maybe once I got more into playing the real guitar sicne I still suck at that, then maybe I'd do a bit better with the technique to get it down.

I love the game. I'm not that great on it though.. I can only play a majority of the songs on medium (the remaining on easy), except that I can play Beast and the Harlot on hard. I can do it on expert, but it's only happened once and it was because I got lucky so I don't really count it.

Guitar Hero is an amazing game. I've thought all of them have been good so far. I cant wait to see what guitar hero 3 is like. The only thing that i havnt agreed with out of the 3, is Rock the 80s price. It was a little much for a game that didn't have near as much stuff as the first 2. But anyway thats beside the point it is definitely worth investing in the games if you havnt yet

Great Game...I can't do too good on hard, with that damn orange button, but I'm ok.
Rock the 80's is awesome, but it should have AC/DC. Guitar Hero three will be better than two, and the online function is awesome.

Didn't get Rock the 80's, seemed like a cash-in, so I'm waiting for number 3, then gonna do a non-stop playthrough of all the songs (minus bonus ones, they suck) from 1,2 and 3 =P
