Final Fantasy Legend 1
My friend has a copy of FF Legend 1 for the gameboy pocket/classic. It's unboxed, just the cart.

Only problem, it's NTSC. Will it play on a PAL Gameboy pocket/classic? I'd need to buy a cheap gameboy to play it, cos my one broke years ago.

He's got 1,2, & 3. So i'm buying them all. Sadly, none of them have the box & manual. The boxed ones on eBay go for £60 a game!!!

I wasn't too fond of Legend 1 and 2... Legend 3 was alright, but still no where near even the level of the original FF in excitement, gameplay, or storyline... which is saying alot. Still... before the GBA, FF Legend 1-3 (but mostly just 3) were great ways to take "good" RPGs on the go with you... but in this world of the GBA (with FF1, 2, 4, 5, 6, and Tactics A) and the DS (with FF3, 12RW, and soon to be Tactics A2 & FF4) the Legend games lose all appeal, imo... of couse... I still own them... but thats only because I'm a completist.

kinda the same reason i got em. I just wanna own every FF (aside from the gamecube version because that sucked badly and wasn't in my opinion, a true FF game)...

Hey wsup, i never played the Final Fantasy Legend, but i intent to do it,i want ro know the games hours and if its good, also i spend a lot of time completing the others games and i forgot about legend, i like to know if you are a completist of the inside the game or you are a collector of the games discs and cartdirge, if you like me that want a 100% in all final fantasy reply me please, to have more discutions in the future.

Well, the FFLs are actually a part of the SaGa series (SaGa 1-3)...They're not 'technically' Final Fantasy games (yup, that's right, they used to just plaster the FF name onto everything even back then! *cough*SeikenDensetsu*cough*MysticQuest*cough*)... great plays though...I need to re-emulate those...speaking of which...if they're boxed, I recommend keeping them that way & just emulating them instead. Why ruin their value, right?

it's a huge let down that the SaGa series is scattered on different continents on different consoles cos it's hard or impossible to complete them all. I know for a fact at least one of the games in the series wasn't released outside of Japan.
