The Final Fantasy Guild Of Mages
Any one wanting to join the mages guild only has to ask (All forum members welcome). We speak of Final Fantasy and only after lengthly discussion does your rank go up. The first few ranks are easy to gain. The higher rank member gets to choose topics, RPs - basically anything he likes.

Azure Lore (Duration: 30 seconds, unusable again until next day)This ability increases the power of blue spells.
Telekenesis - Use all combat weapons at long range
Immortal(Note: this is in title only and not in the literal sense. This is an addition to level master, at this stage a blue mage is inducted as an Immortal. This is the highest rank a blue mage can achieve, in thousands of years only a handful have gained this almost mythical title.)
Elementalist
These spells are for the mages of the elements, the mages of the elements can only cast spells regarding their element non of the spells previously learnt in the lower mage levels. Only one mage can become a certain type of elemetalist.
DARKNESS
Dark- light dark damage All opponents
Darkra- medium dark damage All opponents
Darkga- heavy dark damage All opponents
Death- instant death one opponent
Deathga- instant death All opponents
Berserk- cause target to mindlessly attack
Berserkga- Cause all targets to mindlessly attack
Dark cure- same as cure but for undead
Dark cura- same as cura but for undead
Dark curaga- same as curaga but for undead
Gravija- decimates half of one of the foe's life points
Dark- Darkva- The strongest dark elemental attack. A level up from "Darkja"
Graviva- The strongest Gravity move. Decimates 3/4 of enemies health

Odin - (FFVIII)

HOLY
Holy- light holy damage single opponent
Holra- medium light damage all opponents
Holga - heavy holy damage all opponents
Cure- heals light health one ally

Protect- raise barrier that lowers physical damage
Shell - raise barrier to lower magic damage
Reflect- raise barrier to knock spells back at caster
Shield - casts shell and protect on all ally

Curava- Fully heals the party. A level up from "Curaja"

Stop Guard - casts stop, poison and frog on all opponents

Ensuna - Cures all status effects
Full Cure - Restores all HP to one ally
Medicaraka - Restores a generous amount of MP to one character
3 - Veteran Mage

Ultima - Massive holy damage
Poisonous Cure - Casts poison on all opponents and regen on all party
Float - Caster is able to Float
Medicala - Restore a medium amount of MP to on character
4 - Time Mage

Stop - opponent cant move or attack
Haste - Speeds up turn time of one party member
Slow - Slows down opponents turn
Delay - Delays the opponents thought patterns
Clock - After a short time the opponent is inflicted with Slow and Stop
5 - Diamond Mage

Mighty guard - Casts reflect and protect on all party members
Curaja - Heals extreme amounts of health to all party members
Holy - Moderate holy damage
Flare - Continous fire damage
6 - Black Mage

Auto-Life - Brings party member back to life once all hp is gone

Shell - Raises a magical barrier to weaken magic damage
Raise - Revives a character or foe
Double - Causes one member of the party to be able to cast 2 spells at any one time
Safety - Allows party member to survive with one HP after all HP runs out
10 - Green Mage
All spells known by Rookie mage and wizards apprentice
Fira all - Moderate fire damage to all opponents
Thundara all - Moderate thunder damage to all opponents
Blizzara all - Moderate ice damage to all opponents
Cura - Heals moderate health one target
Protect - Raises protective barrier to lower physical damage
Frog song - Transforms opponent into a frog
Shifta- Raises physical attack power of the user and nearby allies
Deband- Raises physical defense power of the user and nearby allies
Reversa- Raises magical attack power of the user and nearby allies
Sreena- Raises magical defense power of the user and neaby allies
Jellen- Drops the attack power of one foe and those surrounding it
Zalure- Drops the defense power of one foe and those around it
Anti- Drops the magical attack power of one foe and those around it
Gras- Drops the magical defense power of one foe and those around it
11 - Rookie Mage

Fira - moderate fire damage to one opponent

Once your at the Rookie mage stage you may use a Mages Guild signature:

Apprentices and Promotion
Once you hit the experienced mage rank you can ask for an apprentice who is of lower rank than you. You cannot promote them but you can guide them to promotion by helping them out and showing them the arts of the mage.
Veteran Mages or summoners can have two apprentices and can promote their pupils where they see fit. Promotion can only be given by a Veteran Mage upto the rank of Diamond Mage.
Apprentices can choose to use one magic that their master is using up to two ranks above them.
Master Mages can promote any mage lower than them where their see fit up to the Veteran Mage rank.
Rules of the Guild
1) Never harm another mage unless its for the greater good.
2) Never disobey a mage with a higher rank than yourself.
3) The Grand Master Mage must never be disobeyed in any circumstance.
4) When you become an Experienced mage you may ask for an apprentice (optional).
5) When you become a Veteran Mage or summoner you may have two apprentices (optional).
6) Veteran Mages/Summoners can only promote their apprentices.
7) The Grand Master Mage and Master mages can promote any mage.
8) Only the Grand Master Mage can take a rank down, if another mage requires to do this, they must first consult the Grand Master Mage.
9) All ranks apart from Wizards Apprentice may wear the mage guild badge in their signature.
10) No meddling or summoning undead.
11) If any of the above are broken, the guild may impose a penalty or even exclusion from the guild.

How about invisiblity, duplicate self, control enemy, grow or decrease in size.
I think duplicate self would be cool. Two Clouds or two Aurons.
