Yeah, but I happen to have Pokémon Fire Red version, so that's no problem for me, but it is unfortunate for those who do not have Fire Red or Leaf Green.

Is it just FR/LG or is R/S/E compatible too? if not that sucks serious ballage seeing as I spent HOURS transferring all my 'mons from LG to Emerald

E/R/S works differently - you can just 'upload' them onto D/P and catch them at that park-thing. Takes time, but yeah. >_>

Aw, I remember Crystal in the good ol' days.

That was possibly my favourite, and Fire Red/Leaf Green aren't far behind.

The old games were and are so much better than the new ones. I was greatly let down by Pearl - I have no idea what they were thinking! The new Pokemon are terrible!

I recently traded it in and now have £18 to spend on a Game gift card (I didn't know what to get at the time as I couldn't pay extra for the games I wanted. :()

Anyway, I hope they remake Gold, Silver and Crystal as I'd truly love to play that again! I can't play my GBC copy of Crystal 'cause I haven't a GBC or GBA. :/ Just a handy ol' D.S. (with a terrible backlight!)
