... Demyx didn't think this at all. He may have attempted to claim the Organization had hearts, but was unaware Sora knew of the Nobodies.
As for some of the members being more evil than the rest, that's impossible. Saix for one, was a born manipulator. And as we see in Jiminy's Journal "he may not have a heart, but he knows all too well how to injure one." Some Organization members just took their role with more... enthusiasm and determination than others.
