That's pretty cool! although I have no idea how you (or anyone else) makes these things, photoshop is completely alien to me 0.o lol

It's cool.
But if you want some tips, then highlight the below part of my post.

1- The text "EVAN DEGGORY" or whatever it is, it's too bright.
Decrease the brighness of it a bit, or use some darker brushes under it, or move it a bit around over a darker part of the background. or use a differnt light color or give it a stroke line with 0% of opacity and size of 1.

2- The 45 degree brush at the left side of the sig, It's top is too blue-ish.
I suggest to make it gray using sponge tools or gredient map mask. and if you want to make it brighter than the other parts, which I suggest to do so, use some dodge tools over it.

3- Try some of the brushes you have used at the left side of the sig, over the top- right side as well.

4- or use some brushes at the left side using the cyan color at the right side of the sig. but I suggest the No#3 (above)

5- If you use No#3, then use sponge tools on Seph's right hand (left side of the stock on the sig) to match his hand's sleeve color with the rest of the sig.

I liked it. keep it on. Nice job

thanks , don't say that for yourself you can do any thing you want and the photoshop is very very easy program keep trying and you will do it .

I can use a differnt light colore like a gray that is easy and i will do it , thank you for evry thing .

How case

I came to you today with one of mt first designs , I have make it in the Course of the Photoshop , soo i love it so match

I have used the bath tool in this design, and this made it in the top of difficult

You will see that magnetic fishing, i have made it in a very short time
because the time of the exam is ended

Not speak much Here, this is the design:
