Ack, I hate double-posting.
But anyway, question for SOTW 58. So basically, it can be a freestyle theme as long as the color is blue? Does the whole tag have to be blue...? Or can it be some parts?

I'd presume it'll be somewhat like the purple theme...see winning sig for example. Ego Boost +1 
From the purple theme the whole sig didn't have to be purple, just the large majority had to be a shade of purple of some form.

I updated the first post, so someone please tell me if there's any usernames that need to be changing, or if there are any links that don't work or any incorrect information. It's a bitch to update, but I want to do it properly <3

Yeah, I've totally been in the mood to make something Death Note, so that's why I suggested it. Not to mention with how popular it is...I think it'd be fun for some of our graphically inclined members.
