Yeah, I'd try not making it a sharp and blur it (like what Da said); or even just make his face/hair blurred and leave the background sharp. Experiment with it a bit. Other than that, good job keep it up.

I know jpeg can produce quite a bit of fuzz/low quality, but eh... I don't think saving it as a .png would really improve the general area unless she put it on the lowest setting. xD
I like the deisgn of it, but the oversharp breaks it. I'd love to see it without all the sharpening, though

Yeah, the Filter, looks like a Noise filter actually, is waaay overdone, never go above 10-15 when using a noise filter and leaving the color option off in the filter also looks better and makes it less sharpy. ><
