The RE two are fine not much to say about those, love the text and the font, except maybe make them brighter, but that may be your style.
Now the first two, talking about sigs here not the avvy, are too dark for my taste, try to use brighter combinations of layers and stock, and I especially don't like the Balamb garden one, you got green, and purple, red, yellow, all in this small space, and the background is just dark. Try to use some light effects.

Background is boring and has no good colors.
Also border and text kills the whole sig and makes it look even more sucky.
