Ah, the one in your signature area? Looks fine for a first time. I think the text is way too big though, and the background somehow doesn't fit the stocks. =/ But it's your first time, so with practice, you'll definitely improve. =)

You'd also want to avoid cutting a person out of a render/stock that already has effects around it; it gives the "cut-short" result (i.e the Cloud holding Kadaj).

not bad at all, are you using photoshop or paint shop pro lol
finished it looks like paint shop pro quality so yeah sort the txt out and totally what mercy said ya should try with one centre point ( focal ) it makes life a whole lot easier
