I personally like this avatar because of its extreme brightness(that some of you may hate),and it's color.I provided two versions of it,one with text and one without.
I used brushes,smudge,pentool and text font.If you want to see the stock I used for it,here

If I added a lot of effects in the empty space it's look crowded and I hate crowded tags.
Yeah,I agree that it would need some cropping but now I'm loving it like this.

Just like DC said. The Tifa one is good, but a little empty try cropping it or add a text.

Avatar looks great! I know someone will mention the light at the bottom but I think it's the light that makes it look great.
I've commented on the yellow and blue Tifa sig before 
But you should add the text from the second version of the Tifa sig to the cropped version and see how it turns out.

I agree with Raiden. That light gives off a somewhat smoky look about her, so it's fine. Hmm as far as text...I didn't even know the first avatar had text until I read where it says "With text". o.o It was kinda hard to see, but I found it. I think I like the one without it though. Great job! =]
