Question...how in the hell to you get the orichalcum + on kh II...those are the only things i need and i can get soras ultima keyblade

You can find seven Orihalcum +'s throughout the course of the game and, by using Serenity Materials, you half the number needed - you need 13 and so you can then acquire the Ultima Keyblade.

thx....i need like 11 more i think....guess i need to go around to the other worlds and find the treasure chests i missed...lol

I only used seven Orichaicum + if my memory doesn't fails me. Simply, just level up your crafting skills to lower the amount of items necessary to craft, the higher your Crafting Rank, the less items you'll need to use.

Now someone correct me if I am wrong, but I think that KHII only has 7 Orichaicum + that can be obtained by completing special side quests. Am I correct?

There are indeed only seven and so you need every single one in order to obtain the Ultima Keyblade.

I think they are obtained by the following means:
Complete Atlantica.
The place just before you go into the castle in TWTNW.
Space Paranoids -Before MCP.
Complete Goddess of Fate cup.
Complete 100 Acre Woods.
Twilight Town...(I think)
And acquire at least one of EVERY material in the game. Then talk to any moogle.
