Who are your all time favorite actors and actresses?

Christopher Lee can make any role good. He was outstanding in Star Wars, Lord of the Rings and The Man With The Golden Gun.
Samuel Jackson can play pretty much any role well, too. He was great in Pulp Fiction. And pretty much everything else he was in.
Daniel Craig, despite having a relatively short career so far, is great. Layer Cake was great, as was Casino Royale. Can't wait for more Bonds from him.

It's a sad fact that I have seen (and own) more Hugh Grant films than any other actor XD
About a Boy, Love Actually and Bridget Jones's are some favs.

I have also seen a lot of Julia Roberts films, Pretty Woman is a fave, although her characters tend to be the same and there is something about the way she acts taht i dislike...

I love Audrey Tautou in the film Amelie though, and Kate Winslet in Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. Jim Carrey is also good IMO because even though he plays a lot of goofballs, he can pull off serious roles too such as in Eternal Sunshine.

I saw this done on another forum awhile back and I never did get around to making this thread like I had hoped to! Now I finally am! I was watching a movie tonight that has my all time favorite actor in it and decided, hey! I'll go ahead and make this thread now! xD So anyway, tell me, who is your favorite actor and actress and why are they your favorite? Actor: Johnny Depp
Why? Because he's the most versatile actor I have ever seen. He's amazing with all of the different roles he can play and pull each and every one of them off with no problem what-so-ever. I have never seen a flaw in this man's acting. From Captain Jack Sparrow, to Edward Scissorhands, to Willy Wonka to Ichabod Crane to Sweeney Todd, it's amazing what this man can do.
