Yep, expect another Saw after this one because Tobin Bell has a contract until the 6th movie. I'm guessing they'll be concentrating on digging more into his past or something if he's to appear more in two movies, considering that he already died in the 3rd one. Meh, I'm not really into his pasts though, to be honest...I thought they were boring. But I'm still intrigued nonetheless.

Well, technically Jigsaw died at the end of both the third one and the fourth one, since they took place at the same time... but this one is supposed to be about his replacement, whom I assume is the cop from the fourth one... but then there's always the unexpected twists... so who knows. As for the sixth one, there is no indication that it will be the last. And, in fact, given the extreme cost to profit ratio on these films, I would expect more than just Saw VI... I mean... seriously... since when has Hollywood ever let a good money bringer die a noble death (not that Saw's demise would be even slightly noble, but you get what I mean).

These movies aren't scary, but they are just fucking disgusting. I have a really weak stomach so it's hard for me to watch a lot of blood, guts and gore. My stepdad has an unusually strong stomach and one of them nearly made his stomach turn over. I just can't stand watching this stuff. >.< Not at all.

Another one?
I've only seen Saw 2 and i never watched another saw ever again. Saw just annoys me that they're just trying to milk out Saw. Saw should have ended at 3 where Jigsaw was ment to die or some thing. I don't my best friend loves Saw and he keeps me up to date which i really don't want.
From all the shit i've heard Saw 3 was a phail movie that didn't make sense. Something about Saw 2 and 3 happening the same time.
I hate these movies but...What ever floats your boat.

I loved Saw 1... I found it to be absolutely brilliant... disgusting, sure, but brilliant nonetheless. Saw 2 wasn't nearly on the same level, but I still found it entertaining. Saw 3 was more interesting than entertaining or brilliant, but I still really enjoyed it... then with Saw 4, I was scratching my head... the whole point of it beging parallel to the third was lost on me for most of the movie, and some of it was weird becasue of that... that said, I still enjoyed it over all.
I'm looking forward to Saw 5, but its not like something I can't wait for. Things like The Dark Knight and Quantum of Solace are eating away at my patience, but this is something I could wait for... that doesn't mean I won't see it or enjoy it... it just means I'm more or less indifferent to them making another.
Way I see it, they are mildly enjoying, which is more than I can say for a lot of movies out there, so they're worth watching, especially to a crazy movie buff like me... who hasn't seen a movie that has scared him or grossed him since... well... ever... the closest any movie came to scaring me was Thirteen Ghosts during the scene where that chick is in the bloody bathtub and the scene jumps and she suddenly moves to stabbing... it came close, but resulted in only a minor jump and was quickly followed by a hesterical laugh... and the closest any movie has come to grossing me out was Black Hawk Down, when they're doing energency surgery on that guy's leg after he got shot... why that gets me and the Saw movies don't I dunno... but its the truth.
But yeah... anyway... I'm surprised at how many Saw haters there are here... go figure.

Bleh, I'd have to agree that they over did it. In all honesty I don't think they should've made a second one. The first was great because of the twist...the others are just there for demented tortures. But after the second you go in expecting to see demented tortures and therefore they aren't as much of a shocker, imo at least.

No one originally intended a sequel to be made to Saw... the second one was written seperately and was being pitched around while Saw was in theaters, and the writer kept getting rejected becasue people were saying it was too much like Saw... so he went and saw Saw... and then he went to pitch his movie to Lionsgate becasue he figured, they made Saw, they might make my movie... and then someone there had the bright idea to turn it into a Saw sequel..
