Disney Films
So, your favorite Disney films/characters? C'mon, we were all kids at some point. And I still love watching Disney films.
Anyway, mine would be Mulan, The Little Mermaid, Aladdin, The Lion King, Hercules, Beauty and the Beast, and Snow White (just classic!). There's more, but those are my favorites. And when I mean favorites, I mean I can watch them all the time and not get bored.
What I really love about Disney films is the fact that the music really puts me in the mood. Alan Menken and Tim Rice are best known for making that happen.

I always cry when watching Dumbo, its just sooo sad, im such a sucker for it xD
Oh and the bit in Lion King, when Mufasa dies and Simba tries to crawl under his dad's paws....
I remember watching Sword in the Stone a lot when i was little, i love that song Merlin sings when he shrinks all his stuff. I also like Mulan and Hercules
The jungle book was quite good aswell..... But the only ones i would actually bother to watch if i was bored, would be Dumbo, Lion King and Sword In The Stone..
Im surprised ive had this much to say about Disney films xD

When I was a kid I used to come home from school and almost everyday I watched the Lion King. I only really cared for the first one, the others that came out I think I was too old to enjoy.
I still enjoy Mulan and Hercules though. In fact, I own Mulan. Good stuff...Good stuff.

I love their early-mid 90s stuff (from The Little Mermaid to The Lion King) when they were really at the top of their game - my favourite is probably Aladdin. Robin Williams is one of the most inspired voice performances in any animated film, he pretty much runs away with the whole movie as the Genie. Though Jafar and Iago are great villains.
Beauty and the Beast is probably a better film, but I enjoy Aladdin that little bit more.
And if we're including Pixar here, then pretty much everything they've ever done! Especially the two Toy Story films and The Incredibles.

Gotta love Disney movies. I'm 19 and I can't get enough of 'em. My personal favorite is The Lion King, but I'm a fan of nearly all the classics.
It's a shame Disney is so terrible nowadays...

It's between Maleficent and Jafar for me. Oh, wait...and Hades. I love Hades. He's evil AND he has a sense of humor. Nifty.

Tell me about it. I dislike most of the recent Disney films...such as Nemo. I honestly did not enjoy that movie at all. Watched it once, and once is enough. I don't know why everyone was so hyped up about it.
Anyone saw Mulan 2? I was quite disappointed, but it was to be expected, I guess. Disney sequels are usually blah.

I never get too excited about Disney Pixar films like Nemo...or that new movie with the cooking rat. Toy Story is terrific...and that's about it.
I haven't seen Mulan 2. I just assume sequels to Disney movies are awful. No point in tainting the greatness of the first Mulan movie by watching the crap that is the second.
