I have a question. when are you admittistraters allowing peoples usernames being changed, isn't that against the rules of the forum site. don't get me wrong i'm not against it im just wondering if its against the rules. im asking this because i wondering if its fair to the members who cant have their name changed.

erm... ok.
Any member can have their username changed.
They put their request into this thread, and then an administrator (take note of how its spelt) comes along and fills said request.
