We DO have rules against spamming outside of the spam section, you know. If you at least glanced over those rules, you would be aware of that. And insulting/making meager threats to a moderator doesn't help your case either. Doing that to any staffer is going to earn you infractions.
Sadly, it doesn't look like common sense is very common anymore...

um you majorly are in the wrong here Sain. you are the one who insulted and threatened a mod, and posted spam outside of the spam section. You violated the rules, and Aerith Gainsborough reacted accordingly. So the problem here is with you, and not the mod. See this is what happens when people can't handle infractions

It's more on the 'not reading the rules' thing. Well, actually, even if you didn't read the rules, Shen has a great point: It's all common sense people.
Here's a tip:
If you see other people making lengthy posts or at least an attempt at intelligent example, don't you think you should follow that example as well?
Because chances are:
1.) It's a post count, on-topic section.
and
2.) That's what we expect of you.

When it comes to this forum it is within the moderator's discretion on how to handle situations such as this. If you're insulting a moderator inside of PM's from what I've seen just now, then it is their choice if they want to suspend you not, despite the disagreements you and said mod might be having. The way you've come across here is uncalled for and ridiculous. It's AG's decision to do what he will do with you based on your actions. The admins and other mods aren't going to rush to your aid, especially after seeing the PMs that were sent, so don't go making threads whining and crying about you getting suspended because you're the one whom obviously has brough this on upon yourself. And to keep from further arguement, I'm closing this thread.
