Question.
How come just ANY member can post in the Square Enix News section?

It doesn't really make much sense to me. So far I've seen that there are two FFIV Scan threads. One in the FFIV section, and one in the news section.

I'm sure there are probably other look-alike threads, but it's something that just now came to my attention.

i think theres meant to be a Forums staff person who looks for SE news - or so it says in the "meet the staff" thread, i believe. But we dont have one of those persons so i guess thats why its open for everyone.

The only "person" I've ever seen in the Site Staff usergroup is the FFF System.
It's suppose it's just slightly annoying seeing the same thread twice, but maybe some designated people could be selected to cover that section?
