Well, we still had to elect said middlemen, then the hack happened....and everyone forgot all about it.

When Busta gets his position back...we'll be back at square one - electing the middlemen.

Did the copy of FFF not include the Review Room? That's been lost since the hack. I know that's not of great importance until the middle men are elected, but it's there as a sort of reminder for what needs done.

I recall the Review Room being wiped from the attack, so that section is no more. As for why it hasn't yet been implemented... the chosen middle-men would need a section to discuss in. Seeing as there IS no more Review Room, and there IS no one who frequents the forum around to actually make it... the situation is a bit screwed.
