go to imageshack.us. Then select your file to upload, after it's finished uploading, click the thumbnail to get the bigger version of it, right click the big version of the image, and select 'View Background image'. Highlight the url and press CTRL+C, go to Edit Signature in your user cp, click the button that looks like a moutain with a square on it, and press CTRL+V, and save your signature settings.
