White Mousse
Okay, this hunt is becoming difficult for me. Ive equipped items agaisnt poison and blind, I hit it with all my quickenings (all charactes have all 3) and I hit it with all Ive got.
The thing is refusing to die! Problem is, I havent killed the other monsters in the area and they sometimes appear in the battle.
Anyone got any more tips? My characters are level 25/26 if that helps lol.

Is the white mouse a level 3 hunt? If so you shouldnt be fighting it with such under levelled characters, build your levels up to around 35 - 40 then go back and maul it.

It's actually lvl 4 but I beat that thing at level 48/49 lol.
If you're at a lower level, I'd suggest leveling up a bit more, 'cause honestly I have no idea how you got past those Marlboros and toads that are running around all over the place lol. o.0
But yeah, those accessories that guard against all the status effects are gonna be useful. He hits you with them all the time. He also has tons of HP, so it might take a while to defeat him once you're capable of handling it.

Lol, yeah I managed to get through some nasties with quickenings!
But yeah. I'll go back and level up then. I'll have to make sure I dont forget cause I want to get another summon with the special drop you get.

I defeated the thing with my guys at level 29 and I never had to call up my reserves. The key here is casting Reflect on your whole party so that the mark's devastating Waterga will bounce back at him. I had Larsa (the guest) do all the healing with his infinite supply of Hi-Potions/X-Potions.
Later on in the game, there's an armour which offers protection against water attacks if you can wait that long.
I also heard that Bacchu's Wine can totally prevent White Mousse from casting Waterga, so you might like to throw some on him. Bear in mind, that would mean his attacks will turn out faster and more powerful.
