I just let them all do physical attacks and status magic I hardly use black magic ^^.

Status magic has never been so strong as in XII and I'm very glad for that, finally I use it. In former FFs I never saw the use of amgic that didnt work on bosses as you could kill normal monster by physical attacks only but status effects could just make a boos fight too easy in former FFs.

but in XII they've made the bossesvery strong that you rlly need status magic, great work by Square there!

I hate black magic in this game because you can't use it consecutively like attacks.
If you want to use scathe but someone else is casting a spell eg:curaja then you have to wait until the spell is over then cast it, but by the time it does all that you could of dealt 5 times that amount if not more
