Training

Heya guys, im in a bit of a pickle here. I dunno where to train!

Heres my team : Vaan lv 30, Balthier lv 20, Fran lv 25, Basch lv 25, Ashe lv 26, Penelo lv 15 and Larsa lv 27(Guest) my main party consists of Vaan, Basch and Ashe, but i alternate between Basch and Fran sometimes. Anyways, i need a good training spot to grind to 50 or so.. Im currently bored just grinding on skeleton soldiers in Lhusu mines for LP at this very moment! XD Yeah, anyways all help is appreciated and one more question, for a final main party should i put in Basch or Fran?? o_O And where do you find Charm and Syphon?

Hmm. When I was around level 20 myself, I either trained at Ozmone Plains or Golmore Jungle. Since your characters are at different levels see how you can fight on Ozmone. If beats are too easy for you there go to Golmore.
