Suggestions please (FFVI)
Any suggestions on who I should take to find Terra? She has just turned into an esper or something and flew off somewhere
I'm supposed to split into 2 parties (gah I hate doing this) And Im not sure who, or how many people to take. I would normally just choose afew people and hope for the best, but I'm really not enjoying this game all that much and want to make as few mistakes as possible so I don't have to start again 
I originally picked three to go and 3 to stay but Im not sure if the party being left behind will have any fights to do so I'm undecided as to wether send the Sabin, Edgar, Cyan & Celes and leave Locke and Gau behind

I thought you had to take Locke with you anyway? Even if you don't, I'd advise that you do, as the next section of the game requires you take at least Celes and Locke. A team of Celes, Locke, Sabin and Edgar would probably be the best thing to do, in my opinion.

Well, use the team Mercy told, or if your Gau has a Rage on which you can use Cat Scratch (can't remember which Rage)use him. Because Gau with Cat Scratch can deal over 1000 damage, which is very useful.

You should take Celes, Locke, Edgar & Sabin but after you sleep in Figaro Castle, boot either Edgar or Sabin OR after that scene in the town on the other side of the mountains you can boot Celes (keep Locke to steal stuff in the town you find Terra in). Because you need 3 party members to get Shadow back...and when you get Shadow, save & do a lot of sleeping everywhere you can because you're not gonna get any more chances to get his WoB dreams after this.

Edgar is a must since there's a weapon for him there (dont know if you need him in the party to get it tough)
The others should be your toughest fighters, because it's a loooong city.

Hopefully you got through it already, but if not I'd make sure you have a strong enough fighter well equipped on both parties just incase you find yourself in a pickle later on while still split up.
I know when I went through it I would Have my 2 strongest characters on opposite parties so that they could hack away as much as possible in a last chance desperation effort if my party was about to be annihilated.

My suggestions were based on for story's sake, btw...When you sleep in Figaro Castle with the brothers you get a scene...when you visit Rachel w/Locke & Celes you get a slightly different scene...and when you eventually go down to find a way to the southern continent after Zozo, if you take the brothers again, you get a little more insight on their previous scene....

Ugh I have to form 2 groups AGAIN  this is getting so old. I finally got out of Zozo and now Celes and Locke are off to....where ever it is they are off to, so.....do I send them alone or with the same party I already had?
