Yes, that could be a problem - Omega Weapon casts Level 5 death, which murders anyone whose level is divisible by 5. Both 100 and 50 are divisible by 5.

Omega Weapon is an optional boss in Ultimecia's Castle.

vitality, i dont know what magic works best, just try them all
dont bother with omega weapon. i had trouble finding enough bosses to unlock the things you need.
as for squall be lvl 100, all the bosses and monsters level up with squall so if your next highest levels are 50 then ultamecia will be 14 levels above them, i think she has a level cap of 64
