Prepared?

Am I strong enough to be in this part of the game?

I am at the part where you are in Shinra Manor and you see the Lucrecia projection, and I have 1800 HP, a Griffon II, hundreds of bullets, Long Barrel, Gravity Floater and Power Cross, and Fire/Thunder Materias. Is that enough? Am I ready to go on?

Well, I find that in this game your power does not matyter, I very rarely surpass 1,000hp as I go for gil. As long as you don't do anything suicidal you should be okay, provided you have the maximum amount of potions at all times.

This is just what I do on EX Hard mode though but as I say, it depends on your skill.

You should be ready to go on ahead, but, just as a saftey precaution, make sure you have Limit Breaker.
