Level 3 Key spheres?
Where can i find level 3 key spheres? i Majorly powerleveled before fighting seymour for the second time. He went down in 3 hits - thanks to doublecast - but now i have :
Auron
Tidus
Wakka
Lulu and,
rikku
all stuck behind level 3 locks :/ I don't have any return spheres or anything...

I don't remember a great deal about the order of things in FFX, but I do remember getting a hell of a lot of Level 3 Key Spheres in the Zanarkand Ruins. I can't remember what I got them from either, but I know that they were big and had a lot of health. Possibly Iron Giants.
I don't know if you're near there or not though...

Ugh I hate to revive an old thread, but I'm in this exact same situation right now. I'm only about to enter Mt Gagazette and half of my characters are stuck behind level 3 and level 4 key spheres. Is there any way to collect them outside of Zanarkand? Possibly through sidequests or in the monster arena?

If you have special spheres, then pray you haven't fought Biran and Yenke with just Kimahri yet. Use a special sphere ro teach him Steal, then you will be able to steal Lv.3 Key Spheres from Biran and from Yenke, getting around 2-4 (maybe 6) in total. 2 from either Ronso (again maybe 3).
And Zanarkand Ruins isnt far from Gagazet at all, so when you get to the Ruins, that iron Ginat your all talking about..is Defender(remember the one you though just as you exited the calm lands?) He will drop Lv.2 Key Spheres, but rarely drop Lv.3's.
As for Lv.4's Seymour Flux in Gagazet will drop 1 or 2 for an overkill. Then Yunalesca will drop them. The Spectral Keeper after the Zanarkand Trials drops them too. And finally, bribe Chimera Brain in the calm Lands 160,000gil for some. I don't know how many.
